Today was a great day. I know that the weather didn't exactly make everyone feel amazing, but just watching people take part of #givingtuesday made me proud to live where I live and work where I work. We all have time, talents or treasures to give to/for others. It is people helping each other that will make the difference. It is not having the fastest internet (we do) or being voted #1 outdoor city (we were). Those things are great, but it is the hearts of those who live here that make the Chattanooga area great. If you haven't found a way to help out or an agency you are passionate about, get on it. There are plenty around! My family has had the opportunity of being served by a few here, and it changed our lives forever. They are the reason we give back!
