Dear Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, thank you for protecting my card, but locking me out at the local Lowes that I've shopped at for years doesn't seem very suspicious to me. I'm sure all the people behind me loved the extra 10 minutes it took to unlock my card. Today's spending amount isn't even close to what I've spent there in the past. The fun part is when I call to unlock, they can't even explain why they locked my card. Get it together guys! I've used you for 22 years and this is how you treat your customers?
